EPS風(fēng)冷型全自動板材成型機(jī)（PSB2000-8000）
主要特點
1.機(jī)器采用鋼焊接而成，并經(jīng)過時效熱處理，使機(jī)器強(qiáng)度高，不變形，能承受高密度制品的膨脹力。
2.采用PLC全電腦顯示熒屏控制，使機(jī)器的開模、合模、上料、加熱、保溫、風(fēng)冷卻、脫模、頂出成品，實現(xiàn)全自動化循環(huán)作業(yè)。
3.機(jī)器模腔表面采用特制鋁合金板，熱傳導(dǎo)好，抗拉強(qiáng)度高，使用壽命長。
4.采用穿透加熱成型工藝，設(shè)置變壓鼓風(fēng)機(jī)吸料，冷卻，穿透力強(qiáng)，粘結(jié)性好，用汽少，成型快，含水率低，保證產(chǎn)品內(nèi)外一致。
